Outdoor Texas Camp Instructors

Justin Gregory (Camp Director) - Justin's character, leadership, and knowledge of the outdoors ensures a wonderful leader for all of the campers at the Outdoor Texas Camps.  He is a special man for a special job.

Mike Hastings (Bass Fishing) - Mike operates Git Bit Guide Service out of Austin.  Mike has that balance of knowledge, experience, and patience that makes him one of the most effective and popular instructors at the Outdoor Texas Fishing Camps.

Lannon Heflin (Camping and Survival) - Lannon is a partner in Wolf Creek Wilderness Skills Seminars and works as a wilderness emergency preparedness instructor.  Lannon has vast experience in outdoor situations and is an avid hunter and fisherman.

Cory Kuse (Shotgun Instruction) - Cory is a past National Champion and Captain of the All American Team.  Cory is a full-time instructor in all shotgun disciplines.

Kevin Hutchinson (Fly Fishing) - Kevin is the owner of the Hill Country Fly Fisher and is a certified fly casting instructor.  He is an integral part of the Fishing Camps and is the Camp Director of the Hill Country River Fish Camp.

Jason Sekula (Deer Hunting) - Jason is the wildlife biologist and game manager at the Shiner Ranch in South Texas.  His vast knowledge of whitetail deer are critical to the Hunting Camps and the Outdoor Texas Deer Camp.

Kelly Haydel (Game Calling) - Kelly is a member of the famous Haydel's Game Calls family.  Kelly teaches duck, goose, turkey, deer, and predator calling.  These sessions are always a favorite with the campers.

Hector Rios (Kayaking and Water Safety) - Hector owns and operates Coastal Bend Kayak located in Aransas Pass.  Hector is an American Canoe Association certified instructor and his kayak classes are always a favorite with the campers.

Jason True - An experienced angler, Jason is an important part of the instructional staff at the Fishing Camp and the Saltwater Camp.  Jason works as part of the fishing department at Cabela's in Buda, Texas.

Vern Henderson - Vern comes from Cabela's archery department.  His skills as an archery instructor result in his class always being among the camper's favorites.

Hank Jones - Hank is a certified shotgun instructor and is always rated as one of our top instructors by the campers.  Hank's strengths include technical knowledge, patience, and a real desire to teach for results.

Bo Berry (Bass Fishing) - Bo is a central Texas bass professional who guides on several lakes in central Texas.  Bo’s knowledge and winning personality make him a big favorite among the campers.

Rody Best (Dog Training) - Rody owns and operates Best Retrievers near Austin.  The campers have an experience with the dogs that is just remarkable.  Kids and dogs are a can’t miss activity.
